5K To Raise Funds For Lee County Nonprofits

United Way of Lee County is celebrating the beginning of the 2016 fundraising campaign season with the Run for the Way 5K at Timber Creek Golf Course in Dixon. At 8 a.m. on Sept. 24, community supporters will take on a course consisting of both residential streets and golf course terrain to raise funds for United Way’s 25 local nonprofit partner agencies.
